The Modern Test Model 1200 PDFM is the result of years of effort to achieve the best diesel pump flow measurement system possible. It's built with the best high temperature high pressure Parker, Asco, and Bimba components. The pneumatic/hydraulic components are mounted on a sturdy yet light weight 1/4" CNC machined Aluminum base. The newly designed measurement head system is made from top notch off the shelf components that are readily available. The measurement encoder is a reliable industrial model that is resistant to shock and vibration. Burst resistant high temperature/pressure tubing is used throughout. Tough Parker input solenoids and quick disconnects ensure many years of reliable operation and connectivity. Everything in the Model 1200 is rated for at least 160 degrees F and 160 PSI. 

The enclosure is made from rugged 16 Gauge galvanized powder coated steel. The large carrying handles make the Model 1200 easy to move, yet the Model 1200 is surprisingly light weight considering how tough it is. Even the rubber feet are made from especially durable oil and fuel resistant rubber and are overrated for the weight load they carry. The Model 1200 has a contemporary, crisp look and is bound to impress visitors at your facility.

The Model 1200 electronics are industrial components that are tried and tested by many thousands of customers world wide. The internal wiring is all oil resistant stranded wire. The power switch is a top quality fluid proof industrial rocker and all the other electrical components are industrial grade.
